A: All of our Paid for invoice software applications allows you to add a logo to your Invoices.
Q: Can I Email a Invoice?
A: Yes, our software allows you to create a PDF of your Estimates and Invoices. You can use any type of email that allows for attachments.
Q: After downloading I get a file is corrupt message, what should I do?
A: The file did not fully download. Do the following:
1. Delete the bad file.
2. Refresh your browser - Internet Explorer, Firefox ...
3. Download the software again.
Compare the file size before and after downloading, the size should be the same, example 4.91MB.
Q: I am having trouble entering my Registration number.
A: You can copy and paste but you may get a Incorrect Registration number message, if you do check for spaces that may have been added by mistake. If you still have trouble enter by hand each number and letter.
Q: Do I need to be on the internet to run Your Estimate and Invoice software?
A: No, you will only need a internet connection to register the application, after hat no internet connection is needed.
Q: How many computers can I use the software on?
A: You can only use this software on 1 computer, you will need to purchase a second license for a additional computer.
Q: When will I receive my registration number?
A: After your purchase is complete, you will receive a email confirmation showing your purchase information and a Registration number.
Q: How do I print my invoice?
A: To print or create a Invoice or PDF, you need both of the following:
1. Add a customer.
2. Add a Price Item.
3. Print or Create a PDF Invoice.
Q: What version of software am I using?
A: On the top of your main window,
click on the help menu
click on About
The About box will show information about your software, including you version number.
Q: Are upgrades, updates free?
A: Starting with version 6.0, We offer free updates, this means any changes or fixes to version 6.
To check for updates.....
Click on the help menu
Click on the check for updates - if any updates are available they will be installed.
Version 7 will be a new version and does not apply to free updates.
We do NOT offer free upgrades. this means newer versions, from version 6 to 7 must be purchased
